    Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker
    I experimented with agave nectar today and made these spice biscuits. They were a little cakey in texture, more like rock cakes, but were very nice.

    Today I made 12 mini Victoria sponges with fresh strawberries, cream, jam, strawberry buttercream and hundreds & thousands; 12 lemon and coconut cupcakes with lemon buttercream; 12 chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream :)

    I have faggots in the oven (not hand made sadly, but from a butcher who does home-reared saddlebacks) and am planning to make vanilla fairy cakes later :)
