First time using this recipe - very different to my usual Muffin recipe. In the interests of readers - I tested a Muffin - delicious.
I had to substitute some of the ingredients but the result was great - Mr F loved his half of a Muffin.
I will share recipe if anyone wants it. Cost to make 12 Muffins - approx £1. They are a filling Muffin - I suppose because of the added fibre ingredients.
Love it :T Very MSE :j'I solemnly swear that I am up to no good'0 -

Currently in the breadmaker honey and oat loaf. Slightly misnamed as there is more white and wholemeal flour than oats but does taste lovely and it's only a tablespoon of honey so not too sweet.
I use the dough setting on the breadmaker then take it out, put it in loaf tin, prove then bake it in oven as I find the squarer loafs from bm hard to cut at times.Sealed Pot Challenge 6 - 20580 -

date loaf: haven't made this years and I forgot that the loaf tins I have now are a bit smaller than my old ones, so a bit of an overspill. Oops! Still tastes good thoughSewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400
