While I cooked dinner - made some Lemon/Sultana Muffins. I had half a lemon left from cooking fish yesterday + small amount of Sultanas in the cupboard.
Result - 12 Muffins - made with 2 ounces of the 90p Butter from the Lid. offer. Cost per Muffin - 7p.

I have made a tray of shortbread, tray of flapjacks and six small blueberry muffins and a dozen large blueberry ones.
I will vacuum pack some of the shortbread and flapjacks for later in the week and freeze half of the muffins. All made when the chicken was cooking too :-)Every days a School day!0 -
