    Thanks,I look forward to trying this one.It doesn't seem like a lot of coconut though,does it have a good coconut flavour?
    I think it is plenty as some is in the cake and the rest on top.

    I've got some no knead cinnamon rolls ready to bake later.

    Left the dough in the fridge over night and it's at least doubled in size. Really want them to be good, have had a hankering for cinnamon rolls for ages!

    they sound lovely....but what size cup do you use?! i have one that i got with my breadmaker.....do you think that would be the right size?

    Hi Rubysmummy,

    I bought a set of proper measuring cups, a lot of recipes I use seem to be American and it seemed easier. I've just looked and it says on them that a cup is 250ml. Hope this helps.
