i just baked a victoria sponge....worst cake i have ever made! kids will eat it anyway but i'm not happy with it

A rich fruit cake yesterday (again).I think that it's my favourite kind of cake,along with Fochabers gingerbread.:)

pie for tomorrows tea filled with a bag of stew in freezer made a teeny drop of gravy to wet it a bit looks lovely if i say so myself.
