Very pleased with myself as I tried to make bagels for the first time and despite feeling the whole time as if the dough was a bit "off" they've turned out lovely. Also popped in a batch of vegan (read cheap!) peanut butter cookies for OH to eat as snacks and did a bit of spring clean in the kitchen while it was all in the oven.:j0
