I made some chocolate brownies at the weekend and they were absolutely gorgeous (if I do say so myself
).

When baking I always use Sainsburys Basics chocolate or the cheapest Lidl chocolate and it always works well (wouldn't touch the nasty Tesco value stuff though!)

I used the recipe from this blog - it's in cups but it's a really easy recipe, and soo good. I also added more cinnamon as I like it spicy!0 -
