Today I baked a batch of 18 spiced oat and raisin cookies, pasties for dinner (1 x Chicken, mushroom & spinach, 1 x Cheddar & blue goat cheese with leek) and I now have 2 more of each of those in the oven but little lunchbox sized ones.
I need to make bread in a minute, or DH will have no toast for brekkie and there'll be hell to pay. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Avoiding plastic, palm oil, UPF and Nestlé0 -

I really getting into this OS way of life. Im by myself, so if any of my cooking isnt up to much it doesnt matter as theres only me eating it. Today whilst cooking a roast (i made enough for 2meals) i cooked a bread and butter pudding and a bread pudding with a left over YS loaf. I may try out a few more things like twinks when im using the oven. At the moment im guessing weights and measures of the food and i will need to buy kitchen scales. Although i do remember my nan never weighing a thing and chucking in what she thought maybe was right. Her cooking always turned out ok.0

I made a rather yummy pie for dinner using up the leftover stew from last night. We were rather naughty and had some homemade chips with it as well as peas smothered in the gravy from the stew. Well, waste not want not
