  • Bread Pudding - soaked the fruit in Madeira first to make it taste really yummy.
  • I am proud to say I have made 8 large sausage rolls from my Australia Day leftovers with enough filling to make another 8.

    Roasting peppers atm to make HM pasta sauce with tomatoes,garlic,olive oil ,S&P and basil.Kitchen smells lovely.

    Used the Merry Berry loaf recipe as below, didn't have all the stuff soooooooooooooooo:

    Ok did not have plain flour, so used self raising (hence no need for baking soda & bicarb didn't have any anyways!),

    Warmed the butter up in the microwave, as forgot to take it out! (blasted it on high for 10 secs),

    No caster sugar, chucked some brown unrefined one in the chopper, voila! caster sugar!:o,

    No choco chips at all, so chucked some dark/milk chocolate pieces in the chopper & hey presto choco chips lol!

    Just taken out of the oven & it smells & tastes divine :)

    Made the mincemeat fruit smelled lovely whilst cooking and tasted very nice warm - couldnt wait any longer lol
