I baked some sourdough bread. Although I only started the starter 4 days ago, it smelt ready when I went to "feed" it last night, so I did an overnight dough & baked it for lunch today. I made Twink's famous biscuits today - they are yummy but are they supposed to be crisp all over as the bottoms are a bit soggy? They taste nice but wondering if I should have kept them in a bit longer. Thanks x0
