I've worked out how to upload, but appear to be having problems with sizing - tee hee.

Todays offering - Cinnamon and fruit loaf, multi-seeded tarragon bread and american pancakes with raspberry compote.

Recipe for Cinnamon & Raisin bread:

A standard white bread dough which I make in the breadmaker, but easily done by hand:
    450g strong white flour
    Drizzle of olive oil
    1tsp salt
    1 tsp sugar
    75g raisins
    1tbsp cinnamon
    1 tsp dried yeast
275ml liquid (warm) - usually water, sometimes a mix of water and orange or apple juice, or milk and water.

Use dough cycle, once completed, knock back and place in loaf tin till risen again.
Cook at G7 for about 20-25 mins till hollow when tapped
