I took the pith out, plus the ends when I cut up the orange.
Could you use carob as a substitute for chocolate? What do you replace the eggs with?
I'm not convinced that it needs 200g of chocolate. When I make it again,I'm going to try with 100g only.
Do let me know how it turns out.I love almonds.0 -

Hi,
To make a crumble topping you need:
100g plain flower
100g sugar
100g unsalted butter
100g ground almonds or porridge oats
Mix the flour and sugar.Add the butter (cut up into pieces) and rub in to the flour/sugar mix with your fingers until it looks like coarse crumbs.Stir in the oats or almonds. This is enough for 6 servings.
Hope it's good!0 -

DS (4) and I have made a Tropical Fruit Loaf today, as he's been sent home for the holidays with a cooking bag from school. We've baked and iced the cake, the children have eaten some for pudding, and now [STRIKE]we[/STRIKE] I just need to upload the photos onto the computer, print the photos off, write in the book from the cooking bag about our baking experience and glue in the printed photos. No job like motherhood, eh?They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.0
