Ive made mini egg cookies today, and had a go at hot cross buns yesterday. I was pretty impressed with my efforts. They are lovely toasted for breakfast.
Trying not to bake too much as I'm trying to lose weight!!
I'd love to try hot cross buns.

Believe it or not, I've just put 2 batches of dog biscuits in the oven. First time I've made them, too. I've made about 50 in a bone shape and they've cost me about 30p!TL0

Making beer and cheese bread at the mo. It's a Hairy Bikers recipe that I've made before. Not terribly frugal but I've used up some bits I've had in for a while and it does make two loaves. Problem is it takes two hours to rise so I get really impatient to eat some!0

Made pizza swirls/snails.
Bread dough (wrights mix with the 80p coupon) rolled out, spread tomato sauce (tomato puree, shallots, garlic, balsamic vinegar and worcester sauce with a bit of water, all cooked in olive oil obviously) and sprinkled cheese, rolled up then sliced and placed in whirl shapes on tray to rise then baked.
