  • Anzac Biscuits and Carrot Cake (made with Pony carrots - £1.50 for a sack full).
  • Chocolate Refridgerator Cake with toasted walnuts, Favourite Milk Chocolate (Lindt on offer thank goodness!), brandy soaked raisins (brandy in stock).
Melt entire Lindt bar 100g with 1 oz butter, generous 1 oz of golden syrup in microwave, Before then toast walnuts in oven make sure don't burn.
Soak raisins in brandy and briefly microwave to take out moisture but so plump and moist.
Add in favourite all butter biscuits, break up, crumble whatever.
    Combine into melted chocolate mixture.
place on cling film lined container of choice ie loaf tin etc.
Make sure nice and flattened. Bung in fridge to solidifty.

Just started making a couple of loaves of bread. Will do a victoria sponge later too. I want to make mini ones - What's the best way to achieve them?

    That sounds tasty.

Yesterday I made 4 loaves of bread, a dozen rolls and a dozen pitta breads. I'm just about to put some fruit and choc chunk flapjacks in.

I've been wondering that too, and I'm going to try making one in my 10" x 8" tin, then using pastry cutters to cut circles out. Any leftover bits of cake will be used to make a trifle :D I'm planning on trying it some time this week.

Thats exactly what my thinking was! Going to bake some stuff for the girls at work, and i think mini ones will make less waste than one big one. Will report back!
