I'm itching to make some bread but we've got plenty already.
So it will have to be some biscuits and maybe some flapjacks - the kids have raided the biscuit cupboard yet again and so we're low on supplies!

Well, my first attempt at fudge is more like rock hard toffee. I think I need to invest in a sugar thermometer, as a quick google has revealed that I very liekly let it get too hot!

This evening I made a loaf of bread, a batch of bread rolls and a dozen lemon curd muffins ( from River cottage Everyday book). They are just lovely.0

I've made double choc brownies and raspberry muffins (as well as a cherry muffin recipe which landed the whole batch in the bin - they were heavy dry and fairly tasteless).
We're selling cakes at work tomorrow to raise money for charity - breast cancer. unfortunately the raspberry muffins weren't as pink as I had hoped.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
