    Cheese scones and 2 lemon loaf cakes for a coffee morning tomorrow - although there is a danger of the cheese scones not making it to the coffee morning as the family have already started pinching them!!

    large pancakes for breakfast for me and kids ,then ds2's friend called for him and also had 2 ;-)
    15 fruit scones (already eaten 2!)
    Large chocolate cake, cooling waiting for her to decorate it
    We are just about to make twinks (whilst pork is in oven)
    Love baking ,dislike getting fat!
    Life happens when you are busy making other plans ;)

    Blackberry and apple crumble - berries in freezer from last september, apples going a bit soft in fruit bowl. It was lovley! :)

    Oh, and 4 jars of blackberry jam!

    I've made good old cornflake cakes (with dark chocolate, butter and golden syrup) and a Cherry, choc and coconut tray bake. Nom nom!

    Have also just popped a sponge cake in the oven to make Victoria sponge cake with later
