Got some tiny little yellow meringues in the oven, that will be sandwiched together with hazelnut & lemon cream. Have to do more macarons later. And I have a craving for an upside down cake, but given that I'd have to eat it all myself because DH doesn't like pineapple, I'll try to resist

that is spooky!! I have been debating all morning on whether to make an upside down cake.....you can also use tinned cherries, peaches, apples etc.....they all work very very well....

Got a low fat banana cake baking at the moment while my pork joint is roasting. My house smells so yummy from the cake, hope it tastes as good as it smells or I shall be very dissappointed!!0

Rhubarb tart - as Rhubarb was only 59p a pack in Aldis. bought two packs (I like to make a deep filling). OH ate a quarter of it at one sitting! it was nice though!0
