    40 vanilla cupcakes and a tray of 35 flapjacks. though i ran out of cupcake cases so some are muffin sized :D

    I always freeze banana muffins/cupcakes. comes out fine :o

    hello
    i made a broccoli quiche out of the be-ro book, which turned out lovely..but don't understand why my egg mixture leaked out all over the worktop, i used a flan tin with a removable base, maybe this is what i did wrong..........

    2 gingerbread loaves/cakes, 10 lemon buns, 2 dozen assorted scones, 12 rolls, and a loaf. :)

    My beloved has moved in this weekend, so i've had a bit of a cookathon today!

    - Butterfly cakes
    - Chocolate chip cookies
    - Pasta Bake [he's out for tea tonight, so i shall have some for my tea and we'll have left overs tomorrow night!]
