Later will be doing a 2 lb white loaf in the bread maker for my partner - he doesn't have any bread as he finished off his loaf this morning. He didn't tell me this until after the cinnamon went into the bread pan *roll eyes*!

While the oven was on for a cottage pie I had made and frozen the other week, I made some choc chip cookies and flapjack. I seem to be getting both these better each time I do them so worth the practice.;) Going to check for ingredients but think I may try something different in the next few days. I did go and get a loaf tin and some sultanas the other day to try a tea loaf on the os forum so might do that tomorrow

The tea loaf is soooo yummy. I've made 3 in the last 2 days and already have another order put in by MIL for 2 more on Monday! Got hobnobs in the oven just now from the recipe on here and am thinking maybe a carrot loaf after that? Am hooked on using my Lurpak loaf tins lol

The recipe that I use with my Panny SD255 is this one

Yeast 1tsp
Strong White Flour 400g (14oz)
Sugar 2tsp
Butter 75g (3oz)
Salt 1tsp
Cinnamon 2tsp
Mixed Spice 1tsp
Eggs, medium 2
Water 110ml
Milk 110ml
*Mixed Dried Fruit 150g (5oz)

I have just done one of these for us. A GF version for my brood and Ginger Biscuits which should of been Gingerbread Men but I couldn't find my cutter. I suspect the brood have half inched it <rolls eyes> for their kitchen.
