I baked a chocolate fudge cake with vanilla buttercream in the centre and nice thick chocolate buttercream on the top, also stuck some choccy eggs on top, which I cut in half lengthways, for decoration.

i have made a pineapple upside down cake and 2 banana loaves. Using up space in the oven whilst the roast was cooking. Am feeling very pleased with myself!! lol0

I made a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream centre (now sliced and wrapped in foil for kids), a weetabix cake and have some cadburys choc dairy milk cookie dough resting in the fridge.Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together.
