Had a chocolatey day today and made some cocoa crunch which is choccy granola for the kids brekkie. Then some chocolate cupcakes with caramel frosting and some carrot cupcakes all from my primrose bakery cupcake book. Lovely recipes I have to say!!

No dark choc for frosting so used milk and a little cocoa plus coffee, it's more than yummy enough:)

I made fairy cakes this morning, but didn't have any vanilla to flavour them with so used two table spoons of leftover banana slimfast powder for some flavour instead. Actually taste very yummy!!

I've got a Hugh FW Wholeweat almond honey cake in the oven. I used my new Kitchen Aid for the first time too!! its brill!!

We are going to have it with macerated strawberrys that I grew on my allotment and have had in the freezer since the summer! Again a HFW recipe.
