Banana, coconut, cranberry and sultana mini loaves, adapted from a Nigella Kitchen recipe (hers was banana, coconut and cherry).

Also made a lamb hotpot for dinner which isn't really baking but it did come out of the oven :)

A batch of little tiny carrot muffins (I put bran in them so I could pretend they are healthy), plus a double batch of dough, half of which will be Lorraine Pascale's breadsticks and the other half will be a bogstandard loaf.

    Hi

Just made a tray of these:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=35945981&postcount=228 - a another version of twinks. I halved the recipe- used sr wholemeal flour, muesli instead of oats and 2.5oz soft brown sugar. Really tasty and great with a cuppa:):j

Today I made two dozen lemon and white chocolate chip buns, and flapjacks with mincemeat sandwiched in the middle. I got the latter idea from someone on the 'what shall I do with a jar of mincemeat' thread, and they are the nicest flapjacks I've ever had.
