I seem to have managed to mess up most of my baking today, made one big quiche, overcooked the blind baking a bit, 12 mini quiches came out soggy, 12 jam tarts overcooked and I overcooked the flapjacks! Oh well, best to mess up all in one go!June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Yes you canand I have even had success freezing it when it is attached to cakes. I once baked and 'frosted' a batch of cupcakes and froze them in completed form and they were lovely when defrosted

My bread turned out nice. I couldn't resist tasting while I was slicing it. I am going to make an apple cake after dinner for tomorrow night's dessert. I am working late and won't have time tomorrow.GC 2011 Feb £626.89/£450 NSD3/7 March £531.26/£450 April £495.99/£500 NSD 0/7 May £502.79/£500
