This weekend I have baked double choc chip cookies, cheesecake brownies and caramel brownies... all were supposed to be for lunches but my OH has nearly eaten them all!

A pineapple upside down cake, an apple pie and some choc chip cookies We ate the apple pie with icecream for pudding today.It was so nice I would imagine the pineapple upside down cake will be gone before to long , son has friends round playing on the x-boxPaul Walker , in my dreams;)0

I have a cake in the oven right now for DH's valentine's present... it's a bit unusual in that you put a whole orange in the food processor, puree it, and then add flour, ground almonds etc. But unlike many recipes, you don't cook the orange first before pureeing it. So I'm slightly nervous as to whether it'll turn out ok, although it's from a Good Food cookbook which has never failed me yet.0

I made a cake like that years ago, and I remember it was very moist & delicious. Will have to have a go again.0

Made a kind of rocky road /crispie tray biscuit. Used left over chopped dates and walnuts from Christmas with value crispies and melted value chocolate, easy and delish. Just have to hide it now from DS3 or it will all be gone by tomorrow.!!M&S 2,200.00

I found it quite tricky to do the condensed milk filling without it overheating- maybe I need your recipe instead! Also the recipe was in metric and I prefer imperial ( old bat that I am!) so find it irksome to convert it all!0
