Yummy Chocolate Cupcakes
I made a basic sponge mix, added a few chocolate chips and a little coco powder, then spooned it out into fairy cake cases but only used half as much of the mix as normal (mix normally makes 12 fairy cakes, so this time it made 24). For the topping I just mixed icing sugar and butter to make buttercream, then added in some melted chocolate and put a swirl on the top of each cakefinished it off with a little grated white chocolate on the top.
I took some into the place I volunteer at and all were gone within 30 mins!0 -
