Smoked ham, red onion and red pepper quiche for dinner
Loaf of white bread for DH who is currently having toast cravings
Some olive, sundried tomato and basil bread rolls for my lunch tomorrow
Lemon and poppy seed muffins to share with my ukulele club (they went down very well)
Sounds like quite a lot when I see it written down! But I was probably only actually cooking for an hour or so, the rest of the time it was just waiting for stuff to rise or finish baking.0 -
Am planning to make a fruit cake today. It's one of my older friend's 60th Birthday next week and can not think of a thing to buy him as he has everything he wants. Remembered that he loved my fruit cakes at xmas and kept asking if he could take some home, so am going to make him one. I know technically they should be done ages before but its too late for that now.
Also going to make some choc chip cookies for the OH and some hm bread for myself.Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0 -
