Two gluten free banana loaves for my friend, using up the over ripe bananas, another apple crumble, this time for our house, so no need for gluten free and a fish pasty for DH which came undone in the oven and could now be described most charitably as some form of 'freestyle ' pie :-)

Yesterday I made: a sourdough loaf, some brown plus cinnamon and raisin bagels. Today I made some pizzas.

Lemon teddy biscuits, many of which seem to have undergone some unfortunate accidents in removing them from the tray

Last night I made twinks, a lemon tray bake & some toffee cupcakes (using up the xmas toffees) & a baked rissotto. This morning I iced the traybake & frosted the cupcakes, which went down well at my knit n natter group. This afternoon it will be lasagne.

I used up some bananas and made banana and cinammon muffins in the oven now...I hope they taste good!

Whilst the lasagne was heating up (from freezer, made before Christmas) I baked some oaty biscuits, I don't think they will around for long DH already on his second or is it third!

I made blueberry muffins last night they were ok considering I am a novice. nobody else that keen on them so I've ate 5 since then and I am just going to have another one. Don't want to see them going to waste that's my excuse anyway.
