College again today. Berry streusel tarts and a pear & frangipane tart, lovely posh French goodies that you'd never make at home because they are too expensive/take too long.
I have loads of lemon whoopie pies that I made yesterday but didn't like very much, so tomorrow they're getting turned into chocolate fridge cake from a Jane Asher recipe and will be treats for DH to take to work for the next week, he will have no idea that they were made from leftovers

Yet more muffins and a loaf. Seem to have the muffin prep and cooking about right now, the second batch I made were a bit dry. Have added a teaspoon of cinnamon which makes them even more scrummy.
Does anyone know of a cake tin with a security lock?

I did my first lot of baking today.
I made some chocolate biscuits. They weren't brilliant - they tasted better than they look, but considering I've never made biscuits before, I was over the moon. They were a prezzie for my cousin in hospital.
My next project is to make some chocolate brownies.0 -
Some sweet potatoes, roasted on the top shelf, while a batch of low fat chocolate and banana brownies baked happily on the shelf underneath. Job done.
