am pleased to see its not just me who sick with TATTS! (tired all the time syndrome).

am usually asleep at this time but DS1 has just rung me to take him for some bandages and boxing gloves so I guess I wont be getting my siesta today! btw he has only rung from his bedroom.....to my bedroom! Am faffing in the bath with a magazine tonight. Just spent an hour catch up here and watching Judge Judy bully people!

Good Evening,
I am tired and can't even blame AFness as have been AF for so long. There is lots going on thou and weather is so gray so I blame those.
I have promised to get my correspondence up to date before BF comes here tomorrow so I will be FAFFing while writing to nasty DCAs and filling a stupid form for the council.
Better get DD her tea so that can get her to bed promptly tonight.
ETA: Forgot to say 4 for me please Fay"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

4 for me please, Fay, ta
Hope everybody OK. It keeps snowing here in S Manchester - but none today, thank goodness, and all seems to have melted. I'm exhausted with getting up early and having to trudge in the snow to the station. Roll on weekend. I'm taking a week off work at half term too - can't wait :j

This will be 4 FAFF days for me
I am the opposite to the above, I feel much more awake! Not sleepy at all which is a problem when it's sleepy time!ah well, maybe it means I will have more hours in the day!
I am also noticing I am very thirsty.
but the weirdest thing is that I am waking up each day with quite a bad headache. I thought this was due to my penchant for a glass (or two) of red wine of an evening, but now I've stopped this, my head is still bad.
I am running some fairly high stress levels at the moment so maybe it's that.
all very fascinating though.
I have bought a bottle of wine and I am looking forward to having some tomorrow night. I think I will use my 2nd drinking day on Saturday night and have the other half of the bottle then. I am out tonight to see a friend so I think this may be a good tactic to avoid the Thursday night drinky theme as I have to drive most places, I'm so out in the sticks!
Hopefully I can get things back under control.0 -
I've been super tired too for ages and I am sick and tired of waking up to go to work in the morning then snoozing for another 45mins and rushing around to get ready and go. Don't know what happened to the me that used to get up at that time and earlier and was ready for work in plenty of time.
Don't think it is this tiredness related to drinking as I have hardly drunk anything over the last couple of weeks.
I'm still FAFFing in pjs - funny how talking about tiredness makes me think about having a glass of wine and sets a little craving off.
Oh well off for a cuppa and biscuit then early night tonight and will start a book. I used to love reading and when my relationship problems started I lost interest in most things including reading. Then at work we were talking about how it helped relax in readiness for sleep.
So off I go to clean my face, have a cuppa and READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PS - have a nice timewith your OH Fay
Everyone else good look FAFFING! - I'm on 4 now and need to put a plan in place to keep me FAFFing tomorrow night, as it's the weekend which is the other trigger. Need to keep nice and calm and remember about a restful night's sleep and AF on Sat am!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Hello to all you FAFFers out there. I've just faffed in the baff (er, bath) and now I'm faffing in front of the telly. Day 4 for me now Fay - ooh must tell you all, my hubby and I have just booked a night in a luxury hotel (with spa) which will be paid for out of our AF money (I've been putting the money we would have spent on booze into a jar since the beginning of January). What a powerful message - that being AF lets us enjoy a bit of luxury now and again. It just makes it all worthwhile and we feel so much better too so it's all good. Bye for now and have a good evening everyone xxSober October = 0 alcohol free days
