Its either that or a crumpet...can't make my mind up.

In that case it's quite simple, have both :D

Just having one crumpet and a sliver of lemon drizzle cake.

I'm allowed as had the tiniest sandwich ever for lunch - bought a small brown loaf and the slices are ideal for midgets! (no offence intended to any midgets that may be reading this.....or Fay:D). There was more corned beef than bread!!:rotfl:

  • I think you meant midgets - AND Fay.................:) the bread sounds rubbish though - us midgets like alot of bread.

Entering data - (yawn) - coffee and a custard donut methinks - less calories than a bottle of wine

Yup - sweet stuff what's that all about - I never use to eat any.......

BHB I like your approach - glad its working for you.

Waves to newbies - waves to regulars - and those requests for non-stripey socks haven't gone unnoticed........:)

Our snow is gone, I should get away on my hairyplane tomorrow - 3 days with OH - no kids :) - not that my kids aren't great but now and again being 150 miles from them doesnt hurt......:)

hiya everyone, i have to agree with everyone I'm so tired! I thought it was just me but I keep going to bed at 9 and not waking until 7 now! I'm on 7th day AF, just tonight to do then it'll be my 1st week AF in donkey's years!!! oh and I'm 3 faffing then tonight will make it 4 faffs go spread that sheet fay please!

Without the fog of alcohol, I found I was more in tune with my body. I felt tired, I felt hunger, I felt thirst. This was because there was no alcohol in my system masking these feelings.
After a couple of weeks AF, energy levels through the roof!!
