Morning everyone, I been lurking on here for awhile and find the thread really funny and supportive I've decided i need a break from the bottle as i want to loose weight, save money and generally be healthier so I've been cutting down on the days i drink and secretly joining in with you all, as it's the start of a fresh new month soon i thought i should stop lurking and if it's OK join in the new month's challenge although i shan't be drinking b4 then due to having to work at night tonight anyways :wave:

I don't think so i gave up smoking about 3 years ago but i have posted on there to say keep it up etc, i have posted on here in the past because my old job was drug and alcohol worker so you may remember me from then I do recognise your name but then with that many posts i would wouldn't I? lol
