Pops in to wave Hi to all.

Lots of peeps doing well, keep it up it is worth it.

Had a rough time the past weeks as lost my dog,she was about 14 and been with me for nearly 13years.Have now got another rescue dog a massive German Shepherd cross,he is an absolute softie and has settled in so well with the added bonus of getting on great with the cat.

I am always especially grateful to be sober when life gets tough,a drink would make it all so much worse.

Off to bed soon as the clocks go forward, feel really cheated to be missing out on an hour!

    Sleep tight everyone.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Morning all,

Heath, so sorry to hear about your dog :( xxx

Just popping on very quickly to try and keep up, I think I'm coming down with the bug that DD2 had, don't feel at all well. The bonus is that I won't be drinking today if I do have it but that also means that the launderette is out so no clean clothes for anyone for work or school and no roast lamb tonight (the thought of eating that right now makes me feel _pale_)

    Feel yuck :(

Plus thought DD2 was recovering yesterday so took her out with us for the first time since Tuesday, got to Sainsbugs and she threw up....everywhere

    HALT indeed.

And breathe....and think with your inner strength. About what you REALLY want to be doing.

    Bis

Thanks Bis. Good advice and much appreciated.

Heath really sorry to hear about your dog.

Jo - hugs and hope you all feel better soon.

I did manage my MAD Saturday and it got easier as the evening went on.
Must remember that! Also taking Bis advice and thinking what do I really
    want to be doing helped.

So that's 7 for me please Shaggy.

    Happy Sunday everyone :)

Heath - so sorry to hear about your dog, I lost mine recently as well so know how hard it can be.

Jo - just look after yourself, can't OH operate laundrette machines? shrug.gif

Now I want pizza :p. Had chicken in SC last night so will have some of that for lunch, pasta for DD and sarnie for me.
