    Wow Sparkles - you go!!!

I am going to attempt running tomorrow despite hurting my knee yesterday. It doesn't feel too bad.

Tonight first time in almost 16 years I don't have a dog in the house and it feels sooo weird. It might take quite a long time to get used to it. Anyway, it means that I can retire early as don't need to think that dog/dogs need to go out for one more wee. So off I go with a book - night night...

Marru HSsending1_28738.gif . Take care tomorrow with your knee - better to ease back into things slowly than rush & makes things worse

Sparkles, if I weren't already tired then I would be after reading that! Go you! ;)

Was asked by someone I hardly know if I wanted a pint recently...I was taken by surprise and wasn't at my best with my answer - just kind of mumbled something about being busy....BUT and this is a big but - I would have done in another time and it would have been a few as well...just because....

And also, it was briefly tempting. and that did scare me.

    take care

    Bis
