    Hi all

    Happy birthday HB - have a lovely weekend.

    And have a lovely holiday Miss P!

    Off to a concert at my daughter's school this evening so this will be another AFD - that will take me up to 12!!! Embarrassingly, a personal record over the last couple of years!!

    I feel so much better and I know I really mustn't forget how s**t I felt when I was drinking everyday. I'm really worried about getting complacent and slipping up.
