Evening everyone, I'm posting my list to keep me motivated to do it as I could leave it in my mind otherwise and ignore it
All well here and yoga completed, went much better than the first time and could feel the stretches improving. Need to stick at it now and attempt some when I wake up which would make me feel as though I had come a long way if I did this

I've lapsed and fallen in to a couple a night habit since Monday. It's so easy. Made it to 15 AF so far.
What I don't like is the instant effect and change in my feelings and actions it has on me. Particularly as it's been just me and the children this week. I've had no driving duties, both of them have been in - due to weather - so I've slipped. I've been falling asleep halfway through Masterchef or whatever at 9pm. Admittedly already snuggled up in bed.
Got a bit of a social weekend coming up. But I really only want to drink socially. Not at home. Hmmm, that sounds like I'm justifying it....
When I'm down the alchohol pushes me further down. It's not good. I know it's only a couple but it stills sends alarm bells of dependency to me.
Things really have to change.DC.
