    Marru_ Well done on stopping drinking when on ad,I can also sympathise with the stressful job,I lost two of my best employees today ,one for good reasons,she s been promoted to manager herself but the others been poached from a rival firm :( Its just the sort of excuse I look for for a drink but I won t .

    Any way enough waffling lol,I was 4 days AF yesterday :j

    The house I went to see today wasn't great, didn't get 'the vibe' but have another viewing booked in for Monday so lets hope the next house is better :)

    Just waiting for my tea to settle and then tackle some yoga.

    Have completed some cleaning and not too much left now for the weekend

    No alcohol consumed today or tonight and no bells ringing - making it AFD 23 today.

    Off to compile a shopping list for tomorrow and stock up on pop and squash!

    I think my body must be missing the sugar ? I don t have a sweet tooth and never eat chocolate and things,but this week that I havent been drinking I ve been craving sweet things (banana milkshakes lol) .Is this normal ?

    Absolutely!! Alcohol is chock full of sugar so when you suddenly stop drinking it your body gets a shock. I've never been a "sweet" person myself but when I'm not drinking I could eat cake for england!!

    Yep - that is what happened to me but it eventually passed
