    Another 2 for me please Shaggy bringing it up to 13 I believe - avoided the 'evil' free bar at the conference I was at today and ended up waiting at Kings X instead for over an hour for my train - sacrifice indeed!

    Black dog book is about depression. It's a picture book and takes about 5 minutes to read but it sums up depression so cleverly. It;s great if you suffer and equally great to lend to friends and family who sometimes just don't 'get it'
