  • Well he has managed to force down chicken soup, with lots of moans, groans and sound effects. So he'll live.

  • What a day! Have stinking cold ....still and have had day of exams and observed role plays to qualify for a course I am doing. Hard slog but I did it and passed. Wahey!

DS has obviously sensed my general feeling of knackerdness and has decided that he HATES everything in the cupboards, not only HATES it but has never EVER liked it and apparently i can JUST LET HIM STARVE.

As mummy as had a lovely free buffet lunch I'm fine with that!!!;)

Still AF here so 16 days for me!.....getting close to that 5 month mark except for that pesky xmas day blip.

Hey PBT - well done on passing whatever it was!! :) Hope your cold gets better soon. I don't think kids give us much sympathy! Also brilliant about the 5 months. That pesky blip is miniscule compared to that.

MoD - I'm with everyone else! Keep the upgrade. Ditch the free booze!

Hope you are all ok tonight.

Nope - I am here feeling sorry for myself

So far things gone "out of the window":
    - my running training (had cold for last week and after a one week break only managed just over 1 mile :()
    - my study programme (I am scared to find out how many days I am behind)
    - my diet (Paul McKenna is gathering dust on the shelve), I just want to eat rubbish and lots of it
    - my keep up with washing (have huge pile clean, not sorted and at least three loads needing washing) :o
    - and also not up to date with my correspondence meaning that every day there is a possibility that lovely bailiffs will come and visit me.

Only positive thing I have done is to order the book about the black dog from Am@zon.

Ok - I shall have a good night sleep tonight and then go back to my CBT materials tomorrow and make an action plan - a managable action plan.

    Pretty good :)

Not AF, which isn't so good. However I am painting my toenails & eating lovely healthy food, plus watching a dvd so feel I am doing nice things for myself too :)

    Oh babe :(

You've not been well so don't beat yourself up about it. Eating rubbish & not running etc is perfectly fine.

Give yourself a break, get some sleep (maybe a bath?) & deal with what you can in the morning. Your idea of action plan sounds very sensible

    *hugs*

  • I'm not alone!! :)

Marru- sorry you feel so bad. You've been doing great though so sure you'll get going again tomorrow. What is this black dog book?

HB - Lovely healthy food and pampering sounds good to me. I'm not AF either.

Hi Hollie. Nice to have you back.
