    Evening everyone.

    Welcome back Habbit. I've done the same thing myself before.
    Felt great being AF then back to drinking again. Good luck this time.

    Caz - I have to agree with the others who think AA would be
    better than trying to stick the plan. Best of luck with it.

    Also Castrio well done on your AF day yesterday :j. Sorry you don't feel so good today but hopefully better soon.
