I write this while I am drunk. I just want to say that so I am not in denial when I read it back some time in the future. I AM DRUNK.
I admit I had a great morning watching telly and drinking - I have really enjoyed myself and I have felt great.
But now I feel hiccuppy and awful and heartburny and I have not eaten any food since breakfast. I am worried about when my partner comes home at 4pm from work. I am going to be a mess. But I am not worried that much because I have got myself into this mess.....
I have prepared, on the strength of yesterday's post and wonderful suppportive replies, an action plan which may give me some hope. Please let me know what you think.
Step 1 -I have the car (I can drop off and thus have to collect my partner after work - I NEVER drink and drive so will be forced to stay AF and if I don't, my partner is stranded at work and I would never let that happen.) Currently she has the car for work and I get lifts to uni. On study days I should not stay at home - like today where I am free for hours to drink.
Step 2 - Give my partner all my money cards and have no cash - she should have my debit, credit cards and also she should check my purse for money so I don't have anything to buy booze with.
Step 3 - on private study days (I am a student nurse) I should get away from the house, e.g. library, study day with a friend, so I can't secretly drink on my own.
What do you all think?

Good luck with the house-viewing Fay
Not a FAFF for me last night but was very restrained again enjoying just the one and calmly refusing the option to share the last bottle of beer with OH (no you have it dear!)
Will be back AF tonight so will catch y'all later

This is a GREAT start, caz. Taking the option away completely will stop the internal dialogue/argument of "shall I/shan't I"
VERY best of luck.Neigh, neigh, and thrice neigh
