Good morning all and Brrrrrrr it's cold :( Not an AFD for me yesterday but still positive in that just had the one bottle (beer not wine ...... or vodka eeek!), thoroughly enjoyed it and refused another :j Like fakeplastictwee am a bit miffed to have forgone an AFD for 'just the one <Mrs Wembly>' (what 70's comedy was that?!) but it was all very restrained and pleasant so who am I to complain really as this is what I'm striving for - to enjoy alcohol in moderation and not allow it to play such a major role in my life

    Enjoy your day everyone

good morning peeps, well I'm progressing pretty well now, friend came round last night asked if i fancied a bottle of wine, just said no thanks, no big deal thought she'd think it was strange but she said nothing, so maybe it's a bigger deal in my head. Getting used to not drinking at night now and actually enjoying waking up bright eyed and bushy tailed, only thing is I'm still sleeping loads, went to bed at 9pm to watch Poirot on Sunday and woke up at 10.50 to see who had done it, trouble is i don't know what they did........
