  • I am not doing very well at all. :(

Beginning to actually look forward to getting back to work next week, being on holiday is a bad influence. Not drinking tonight but mum took me out for lunch and a small glass of wine was involved so yet again not a FAFF. :o

Well done everyone else, loads of days racking up on that spreadsheet! :T
  • Hey FPTwee

how about looking at it like this

How much have you cut back your units over the past couple weeks............its not just about the FAFFing

Its about cutting down - is that CAFFing? or CARFing Cutting down alcohol reducing feb?

:) well done on a small glass of wine - :)

See sparkles you're also doing great

Hmmmm spreadsheet - must update that

Just sorted FB photos I think.......?

  • Hi Fay,

Yes I guess you're right, I have cut right back which is what I said I wanted to do. I just think I should have more AFDs to give my body a break, that's all. But eating out a lot over the last few days (this never happens) hasn't helped either.

Anyway, lots of days left in Feb :)
