Yeah it said on the radio this morning that more people skive off today than any other day, for really naff excuses.
Isn't "not wanting to go to work" a valid excuse?@ LBM = £15,872.65, now £10,819.82AF Jan = 7/? Feb = 5/14 Mar = 14/20 Apr = 6/14 May = 2/14 June 2/14 July 0/TF Aug 1/TFv Sept 6/TF Oct 4/7"NEVER DOUBT YOUR OWN QUALITY"0 -

Finally I'm managing an afd - it's a relief! Haven't eaten too much either. We were chatting before about extreme / obsessive behaviour - despite the fact I've been drinking about 10,000 calories a week, I'm now fretting over whether I should've eaten an entire (large) courgette with my dinner (I so need *rolls eyes* here!). How silly! Also had spinach, peas & turkey all in a green curry which no doubt sounds hideous but was yum! Then again, I do love spinach....
.
Ha, that reminds me that I didn't want full fat milk in my coffee (demanded semi-skimmed) because of the additional calories, but then would drink about 12 pints of Guinness in the pub after work...........
That's my alcoholism - it can always justify a drink to me at the expense of other things. Nonsense.0 -
21 days from yesterday for me please HB - hope everybody's ok.
Will not be AF tonight for first time in 3 weeks -hmmmmmmm - we shall see

Hello
I'm on 9 days AF :j
I didn't realise it was the most depressing day today - thought that was last Monday! Anyway I fairly sprang out of the flat and off to work this morning but the enthusiasm lasted as long as the torturous journey to work on the District line  power failures my a**e
Graeme - it's so true, I say no to a doughnut at work or a full fat latte, then do an entire bottle of wine or two which is probably most of my calories for the day.
Hope everyone has a good evening, and Happy Burns' Night to the Scottish contingentAF days in Feb 2010 - 2 :A
No new toiletries challenge 2010 (no buying new stuff until existing stash runs out!)0
