Morning all...found you finally & have been ages catching up...not been on a PC since last week.

    Some amazing posts.

I'm at a bad place again myself, not done anything uber-silly & not feeling too bad but have been having far too much wine again......I'm getting enormous!! I so need to lose some weight......

Desperately want to be AF today but feel far from relaxed about it. What will I do without it today? Might be around rather a lot later!!! Have got into very bad habits (again) over the last week. Must have a mug of TEA when I get home!

    Morning (or rather, afternoon) all.

well, no alcohol for me yesterday and I also had an early night so I feel pretty good and active today.

Winebox, I'm trying to lose weight to at the moment. I'm a bit too big and awfully wobbly. I cleared out my wardrobe the other day and I have a whole stack of loverly hardly worn clothes that I can't get into. I'm giving slimming world another go to see if that will helps and stepping up a bit on the exercise. As it's less horrible outside now I'll try an do a bit more walking.

Jo, don't ever google any serious disease - it's terrifying!!!
    Trying to keep in budget.

If I get anymore round I'll be one of those folks with arms and legs sticking out of a belly - lets try and kick some of this together - I don't seem to lose anything if i occasionally drink - so need to be uber diligent.

Off to walk on a beach and find a peaceful spot at lunchtime........

Jo good luck at dentist! Miss P anytime........well done Gien!!
