Off to dentist at 2.45 to see what's going on in my mouth  very scared, been googling mouth cancer all weekend :undecided

Good luck. I hope it's nothing at all to worry about but better to get it checked. I've seen those posters about mouth cancer at my dentist and they were gruesome. Take care.x

Winebox, I'm trying to lose weight to at the moment. I'm a bit too big and awfully wobbly. I cleared out my wardrobe the other day and I have a whole stack of loverly hardly worn clothes that I can't get into. I'm giving slimming world another go to see if that will helps and stepping up a bit on the exercise. As it's less horrible outside now I'll try an do a bit more walking.

I can barely get into most of my clothes too. Saying that I just had another jam tart. Why oh why did I buy two boxes of them!:o:rotfl:

I'm hoping to be AF today Tues, Wed, Thurs and then see how I go from there.

    Hello,

I have been running and then balanced it with big slice of date and walnut cake. Nom nom. However I am reading book called "Natural alternatives to dieting" that I came across in one of the unsorted book boxes. Need to dash to get DD. Back later. Byeeee...

Oh - Jo I hope it went well and woohoo for the agency thingy!!!

HB 25 please (I am not going to the shop, I am not going to the shop... ;))

Stick at it, you're doing brill :T

    Jo - what news?

Finally I'm managing an afd - it's a relief! Haven't eaten too much either. We were chatting before about extreme / obsessive behaviour - despite the fact I've been drinking about 10,000 calories a week, I'm now fretting over whether I should've eaten an entire (large) courgette with my dinner (I so need *rolls eyes* here!). How silly! Also had spinach, peas & turkey all in a green curry which no doubt sounds hideous but was yum! Then again, I do love spinach....

So I'm safe for today...had a tea with OH, & didn't swerve into the village shop on the way home.

I feel pretty grotty - tired - probably have done for ages but covering it up by opening another bottle (2) every day.

I hope today's date will prove a wake up call - Xmas a whole month ago & not lost an ounce of weight & I also have loads of too-small clothes. I seem to be the same shape as you Fay (well, going by what you say NOT how you look!) my waist measurement is almost the same as my hips (ouch ouch ouch) which is such an unhealthy shape to be....

Anyway, ramble ramble...going to try not to eat again tonight.

Good luck with your evenings, if I can you can.

It is a point worth noting that today is supposed to be the most depressing day of the year, so big bearhugs to all of you feeling bad
