OMG what have I done. I am only three weeks into my running and already I am planning what to do after Sport Relief and I have just sent application form to do Bupa 10k in London in the end of May for Guide Dogs. I don't even know what the minimum collection amount for them is, it was £500 for WWF. So I have nine weeks after my 3 mile run to train for 10 km.

  • Hi All.

Just screeching in to report 7 faffs for feb. please Fay, glad your back. Sorry I hav'nt had time to read back yet, not been on the computer much this weekend. Enjoying faffing this month. Feeling very positive about adding another charm to my bracelet at the end of feb, although Me thinks there may be another one for me on Feb 14th,.

Off to bed now, as I hate mondays, such a shock 6.00am compared to 9.ooam:(

Hope everyone is okay, Budgie, have'nt seen you about much, hope you are okay. Greypilgrim, hope you are okay, not heard from you recently:cool:

    Hugs to everyone, keep faffing!

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
