Sounds like one of these horrible bugs going round. The other night my OH couldn't get warm at all (and he normally wanders round in a t-shirt in winter!). We've all had a nasty flu type bug thats really knocked us for six.

Just keep drinking fluids, stay dosed up and stay warm

I know we've had a lot of debates about the help, or lack thereof, there seems to be on the NHS for alcohol issues, so I don't know if anyone has seen the latest adverts on it? Bit freaky but anything that helps people think is probably good *shrug*

I also just found there's a lot of help on this site

I've asked for the boklet so I'll let you all know if it's helpful :)

    Evening all.

HB, snuggle up with that hot water bottle and you'll feel loads better - I love hotties, they just make you feel lovely and warm and cosy.

I'm calling 6 FAFFs please Fay when you come back and update.
I had a couple of glasses of wine last night with dinner - didn't really enjoy them and I had a thick head this morning. Cant be sure it was the red wine (it was quite a heavy one) but I bet it didn't help.

Glad it's the week again - I stick to a routine far better and the AF is less difficult.
    Trying to keep in budget.

2 days AF so far... I have some wine in the fridge but really don't fancy it. I have been in bed most of the weekend, just feeling very lethargic and hope I am not coming down with something *shuffles off to make ribena*
    AF days in Feb 2010 - 2 :A

I'd send you virtual hugs but we might swap virtual germs & both end up feeling worse! :rotfl:
