Hi everyone. Ah, sorry you're not well HB - look after yourself. Maybe an early night is what you need. Jo - I'll let you know if I decide to go for that job - the only problem is that I can walk to my current job but this Office Manager job would be 2 bus rides away - but it's a Grade 5 job whereas I'm only a Grade 1 at the moment - big difference! Anyway I'll let you know. Faye - when you're back it's 6 FAFF days for me please - had lunch with the in-laws today and had 2 glasses of wine. Have a lovely Sunday evening everyone xxSober October = 0 alcohol free days

Well I ended up going out on Friday after all. Not the usual routine but with a friend who had just won a big award at work. Did drink but ended the night with a diet coke which was something I never do. Went out last night but practiced moderation. The others were going out at 4.30pm and the blokes had been out since 1.30pm for the football but I didn't go out until 7pm, started with a diet coke and then had wine and soda. Had three all night which is much reduced to what I'd normally have.
AF today so that will be 5AFD so far this month. Found some half bottles of wine in Tesco on Friday that had a pound off so I've bought some of them so that if I do open a bottle at home I'll only have half the amount.
Reckon I've cut my intake by about 3/4 this week.GC Jan £318/£350, Feb £221.84/£300, Mar £200.00/£250 Apr £201.05/£200 May £199.61/£200 June £17.25/£200

Good evening,
HB: Hot bath and early bed - hope they'll do the trick for you.
BF has gone back home. I had major bell clanging again today as I completely lost my temper with DD. I have to admit that she got a very smacked bottom. She stole food again and gave it to the dogs. It wasn't first time, not second and not even third . First of all I don't like food disappearing from my fridge (raw mushrooms this time) and secondly I don't want dogs to get stuff that might cause them problems. Especially as my dog is almost 16 years old. I hope that she was shocked enough to get the message this time.
Anyway - I am looking forward for my run tomorrow or I might need to go and take an anger management course soon.
Off to watch Heroes on iplayer as I was too tired last night to watch it. Byee...
Oh Fay meant to say 7 for me please."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Don't worry....I'll still be faffing! I promise!
Oh and I'll still pop in and out of facebook so I can always catch up with people there.
