I mean, if I went to Tesco and had a £5 off £20 voucher, I could use that when paying with Clubcard vouchers (not that I would do that
). I assumed Adams would be the same, and my experience proves that.

I have about 4800 Nectar Points and my husband has 6100.
We normally use them at Argos as we don't usually shop in Adams but I can't help thinking this is a good deal: £2.50 in Argos = £7.50 in Adams.
Should I use them on Adams vouchers?chunky0 -

I have been into Adams today (Huddersfield branch) with my Dad's vouchers, he came in with me so I could use his Nectar card & was told under no circumstances can I buy Adams vouchers with them. When mine come I will now have to spend £90 before end of October.
Those who have said Adams have emailed to say they can be bought with these, do you have an email address I can contact them on? Woman phoned another branch to confirm (She said it was White Rose at Leeds so be warned anyone wanting to do this there!) & said they have never accepted Nectar vouchers for Adams vouchers.2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please0 -
Hi Yvonne
I wonder if it would be worth getting a couple of higher price things- coats?? and taking them back with no receipt. I think then they would give you a voucher in return. However, perhaps someone else knows Adams return policy.
I'm sorry they wouldn't let you buy them.
P.S. Congratulations!
Sorry just read further back and see that someone else has already suggested this.:o Must be more thorough.0 -
I emailed support@shop.adams.co.uk (through their website) to ask if I could buy Adams vouchers with Nectar vouchers and received the following reply:Thank you for your email. Yes, this is fine. Customer Support
I also asked in my local branch and they too said it was okay.0 -
I will email them & ask them to get for a phone number so the store can contact them direct too whilst I'm there. Even with 2 children to buy for I can't see me spending £90 before the deadline.2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please0

my mum has changed some nectar over for adams vouchers for the grandchildren, can i spend them or does she have to produce her nectar card when we spend them??0

I am pretty sure you can just spend them. My mum ordered some as a gift to me through the Nectar website and the vouchers are just the same as my own. I thought they might be in the form of gift vouchers but they are just nectar Adams vouchers. As long as you have a nectar card there shouldn't be a problem. The old vouchers used to have your nectar number on them - the new style one don't.
