Nowhere does the T&Cs say there is a 1.5% charge on ALL transactions.

The fee tables has two rows:

You are claiming BOTH rows apply SIMULTANEOUSLY to this card's ATM cash withdrawals. That's ridiculous.

Yes, a 1.5% transaction fee. Is an ATM withdrawal a transaction?

There are no ATM withdrawal fees.
Just as with Caxton Clobal there is a 2.5% forex charge. By your reckoning, they should state that on their table as a 2.5% ATM withdrawal fee.
My Nationwide Debit card shaves 1% off the interbank exchange rate outside Europe. Is that a cash withdrawal fee?

Not only that, but the link to the ANYWHERE card on the very same page makes it very clear that all transaction including ATM withdrawal are subject to the same 1.5% charge.

As written before, you can exercise your right to return the card if you are unhappy. :)

    You are wrong.

FairFX customer services just confirmed to me that in
    Transaction fees

    Euro & Dollar cards
    * FREE for purchase transactions made in the UK and overseas
    Anywhere Card (Pounds Sterling)
    * 1.5% transaction fee.
"transaction" includes only purchase / point of sale transactions, not cash withdrawals.

So did they confirm that cash withdrawals are not subject to the 1.5% transaction fee? Did they agree with you that there is a cash withdrawal fee or did you have the same problem in understanding their explanation as you have in understanding mine? You really are much less intelligent than you might imagine. :D
All you have succeeding in doing, is lowering your credibility. Now when you illustrate a problem, no one will believe that you know of what you are writing.

You really have lost the plot. I have never said there is a cash withrawal fee on this card. On the contrary, I have countless times shown you the fee table saying THERE IS NONE.

I thought that you were telling us that there was.....the 1.5% that you were charged. So you agree that it isn't a Cash Withdrawal charge? :)

Wrong - I did NOT tell you I have been charged 1.5% for cash withdrawals on this card.

Maybe it's because you've been banging on so long about the terms and conditions of the fees table on the FairFx Opodo website regarding cash withdrawals, that we could have been fooled into thinking that was your only gripe.
Looking back, I recall you were banging on about them charging you for use in the UK. :) Surprise...it's called the ANYWHERE card. :) That was the said they would do. Charge 1.5% for all transactions.

Anyway, let's hope that it has finally sunk in and that you will shut up for a while. :)

I'm guessing that I am the closest to a friend that you have in the world right now. ;)

chrisjj, here is a deal for you: go to the cash machine, take out a tenner, if there is a 1.5% fee, you shut up about there not being one (and go take it up with FF, your solicitor, your MP, the Pope, anyone who wants to listen). Alternatively post a screenshot of your account statement & everyone else who disagrees with you (including me) will shut up (I'll even thank you for the post).

    Fair's fair?

Just please, please, please stop posting repeated drivel!

    Thanks!

I have no gripe about the FairFX Opodo card. You're the one with the grip - disputing the fees table.

    Not this card.
